GOODY TWO SHOES

a traditional story by Paul Reakes

It maybe not be the best of titles, but it was a cracking story and audiences loved it.

Goody is a poor, but honest child.  Her mother the Dame was a little over excited on the
day of her christening, hence the silly name.

Goody finds some wonderful shoes in the forest and sees no harm in trying them on.  Her friends
encourage her to 'borrow' them for a few days.

Unknown to her, the shoes belong to an evil Sorceress called Septica with bad feet.  Not the best person
to borrow shoes from.  Goody finds herself on the most wanted list and booked in for some
unpleasant punishment.

Meanwhile another nasty mean character is trying to evict the Dame from her cottage for
never paying the rent.  Things get pretty bad before they get better.

Performances on January 13th, 15th & 16th 2010
